Why use a migration agent

Australia has a highly complex and legalistic visa system that requires applications to be prepared carefully in accordance
with the legislation, therefore, however there is no legal requirement to hire a registered migration agent, but applications for
visas can be very complicated, and it pays to have the application right the first time. The Department of Immigration and
Citizenship (DIAC) usually charges non-refundable application fees for visas, therefore it is worth getting to seek the help of a
competent migration agent. Every year thousands of applications are being rejected often because applications are
improperly evidenced or incorrect class of visa is sought by the applicant. We offer you a free initial assessment to get a
preliminary opinion on applying for the correct class of visas and we will take care of you from commencement until a
decision is made on your application. The application form provides you only the basic details, however we prepare a
comprehensive submission that accompanies and supports your application.A registered migration agent can make the
process of migration easier and more effective for you. If you use a registered migration agent you will have a professional to
guide you through the visa application process (which is usually long and complicated), handle all the paperwork and
present your case in the strongest possible way.
