Visa services

Consultation & Advice - Representation

Millions of people travel to Australia each year to visit, work or to live here permanently. International visitors and
immigrants add greatly to our nation's cultural, education and economic life. We welcome them. At the same time,
we need to do everything we can to keep everyone here, safe. We believe in secure borders and open doors.

A citizen of a foreign country, wishing to enter Australia, must first obtain a visa, either a temporary visa or a
permanent visa. The type of visa one must have depends on the purpose of travelling to Australia and is defined by
immigration law.

What we can do:

1.        Provide consultation and advice about your visa options depending on your personal circumstances in
accordance with current Australian immigration laws, including an opinion regarding the strengths of your
profile; remember that the visa class you have in mind might not necessarily be your best visa option; you will
have convenient and affordable access to the professional advice you need, when you need it, which will
eventually save you money if you want to lodge your application yourself

2.        Assist you in filling out all form and applications

3.        Represent you in all government departments an other related authorities in order to obtain the best
possible            service and outcome

4.        Translation services by a NAATI accredited translator

5.        From 1 October 2006 registered migration agents, in Australia and outside Australia, may certify copies of
original documents that relate to visa applications, provided that their registration is not currently suspended
and they are not subject to a caution that is in effect

6.        Communicate with the department on your behalf

Settlement Services

What is settlement?

Settlement is the period of adjustment that occurs following a migrant or refugee's arrival in a new country, as they
become established and independent in their new society.

The Settlement Experience

Settlement experiences will vary for each migrant, depending on factors such as their English language ability,
whether they have visited Australia before, whether they have family and friends in Australia and whether or not they
are joining the labour force. For some people the period until they become able to operate independently may be
relatively short (six to twelve months), while for others it may last a number of years.

Most people will need some help to settle quickly and successfully. As soon as you arrive, you will need
somewhere to live, money to live on and information on services available to help you get started, such as schools,
transport and health services. Shortly after you arrive, you will also need access to employment and education. You
may also need access to English language classes and help to form individual and family social networks.
